Ruben Lopez Mesa is having a productive winter of 2024, collaborating with @AdamLiaw and @MeganBurslem in Liaw's The Cook Up to showcase one of the most important Spanish perspectives to the Australian public: Less is more.
The primary focus is on promoting the concept of zero waste in the kitchen. Over the past few months, two episodes have been released (with a third scheduled to air on the 17th of October), providing valuable resources and recipes for utilizing a minimal number of ingredients efficiently.
