Chef Claudia is originally from Madrid and now based in Byron Bay she’s the Vice-president 2nd of @eat.spanish, and back in homeland she honed her skills under the direction of renowned Michelin awarded chefs like Martin Berasategui, the Adriá brothers and Daviz Muñoz to name a few. Nowadays you can find her co-hosting a Spanish radio show “La Sobremesa” at Brisbane radio station and as a freelance hosting private dinners in the area.
Chef Ana comes all the way from Andalusia, she’s based in Melbourne but before that spent 8 years working her way up at Paradores de Turismo and small independent little gems in Spain. She also spent 5+ years in London prior to making the move to Australia, where she recently launched “Sofrito” her solo project which combines with being the President of @eat.spanish as well as consulting.
